Following the mass transfer mechanism of "dissolution and diffusion" in membrane materials, we utilize external energy or chemical potential difference as the driving force. By exploiting the different abilities of organic molecules and air molecules to penetrate through polymer membrane materials, we achieve physical separation between the two, ultimately separating, purifying, and concentrating different substances in organic gas mixtures. We regard the surface layer of the membrane as a dense, non-porous, neutral interface. The separated substances enter the membrane body through dissolution. They have different dissolution rates on the membrane surface and different diffusion rates within the membrane body, and they also have different desorption rates from the membrane body. Substances with high dissolution rates and fast diffusion rates pass through the dense membrane and are enriched on the other side of the membrane. Substances with low dissolution rates and slow diffusion rates, on the other hand, mostly cannot pass through the dense membrane. Ultimately, we utilize the difference in dissolution and diffusion rates between the two substances to achieve their relative separation.
Wohong Petrochemical separation membrane is made of organic polymer materials with selective separation function, also known as separation membrane, with a thickness of about 0.12mm. It consists of three layers: the base layer, the support layer, and the dense layer. The base layer is usually made of non-woven fabric material, while the materials for the support layer and the dense layer come in various types, commonly including polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF), polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS), polyimide (PI), and other polymer membrane materials. After extensive scientific experiments and testing, we have explored unique technical formulas and production processes, ultimately achieving mass production.

As can be seen from the table above, the membranes currently in circulation in the market primarily utilize high-flux and low-separation factor technologies, resulting in average recovery performance. However, the separation membranes from Wohong Petrochemical boast superior technology and processes compared to those from other manufacturers, offering certain advantages in industrial applications.
